We now accept most forms of payment including most credit cards. However, due to shipping and custom order considerations, we require all clients to contact us directly to place an order.

Delivery and shipping are not included in the price.
The delivery cost depends on number of items and location of delivery. If items are purchased at a local farmers market, customers can take possession there or most local home deliveries start at $100. We thoroughly wrap each individual item for safe transport. If you desire to keep the wrapping blankets, the cost is $10 for each smaller blanket and $20 for each larger one.
Long distance shipping from Idaho may be arranged by us for a fee or by the customer. All items will be thoroughly wrapped to ensure safe transportation and if a custom sized pallet is to be constructed, additional cost of time and materials will be incurred. Shipping costs will be included in your estimate and agreed upon before payment is made.
When to expect your furniture
Most orders will be completed within 2 – 4 months depending on the size of the order and the length of our queue at the time. All orders are serviced on a first come, first serve basis after a payment is received by us. Very large orders may take longer. If your project needs quick attention, please specify and we'll do our best to accommodate your situation. We prefer to under-promise but over-deliver.
Rustic Industrial Designs Return Policy
Due to the artisan craftsmanship involved in each piece we make, minor variations in size, patina and finish may occur. We handcraft and thoroughly inspect each piece to ensure it meets the highest quality standards. Once you have received your item and approved that it has arrived safely, all sales are final and refunds will not be provided. However, if there is a defect in the wood that becomes evident after the delivery, we ask that you send us pictures of the issue along with the circumstances that may have contributed to problem. Some examples include excessive heat near or on the furniture, extremely low humidity or excessive moisture. Under such situations, we will try to determine the cause, the proper way to remedy it and whether there will be a charge for us to do so.
Once a payment is received by us for production or to establish a place in the production queue, it is considered non-refundable. However, should there be extenuating circumstances, Rustic Industrial Designs reserves the right to determine how much, if any, of the amount is to be refunded.
We design, engineer, and hand make all our items. It is a labor of love and dedication and we want you to love the pieces you purchase from us.
Please measure carefully the area in which you intend to place your item. Remember to factor in considerations like baseboards and chair rails. Also of critical importance are the measurements of your entryway, doorways and the pathways to get your items to their intended destination.
If your item is the product of a custom order, we reserve the right to use the designs we create for the future.
