My husband and I have greatly admired for a few years the custom dining set manufactured by Rusty and Coco at Rustic Industrial Designs. This year, after moving into a new home, we decided to “go for it” and purchase a set… and we are so glad we did. From the first day (the day we ordered) through til delivery, Rusty and Coco were so helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. They even delivered the set ahead of time. We get so many compliments on this dining set and we are extremely pleased with the quality, beauty, and functionality of it all. We decided to order 2 “Captain” chairs, 2 regular chairs, and a bench - this all works perfectly for us. The chairs are very comfortable and we love the back support they provide.

All in all, we would absolutely return to buy another but heck, this set will last a lifetime!

We purchased a dining table and bench. Great experience! Bench was made to order and delivered earlier than promised. We love the design and functionality of our pieces. Chairs are sturdy and comfortable - the slightly flexible backs are a fantastic feature. Table is perfect height. Coco gave us a maintenance kit and both she and Rusty emphasized that we could call with any issues that might arise.

We recently moved to Spokane and needed some furniture for our new house. After we saw Rusty and Coco at the Hayden Farmers Market, we were hooked. The entire process of designing the custom pieces we wanted went flawlessly. After a couple emails and phone calls to iron out the details, we placed our order. They kept us updated on the progress the entire way. Once we got the pieces into our house, we realized we made the right choice going with Rusty and Coco for our furniture. Everything came out perfect and we are absolutely in love. Their customer service is outstanding, product quality is impeccable and overall, they are just all-around nice and awesome people. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality furniture that's built to last.

I have been looking for a custom desk for quite some time. I wanted the versatility of sitting or standing - but also a very nice looking desk vs the basic desk that goes up and down. We saw the work that Rusty and Coco do at a farmers market and were very impressed. They are a pleasure to work with. I was fortunate to spend some time with Rusty chatting and going over my idea for the desk. He really listened to what I wanted - provided some good ideas and upgrades w/o being a salesman. I appreciated that. You can tell that he is proud of his products and he should be!! They are beautiful in design and function.

Overall easy to work with - great collaborators and communicators - they truly care about what they produce and how it is received. Could not be happier! Now I am looking for the next project for them!

We live in a small log cabin but we like to have our family and friends over for dinner. So we really needed a dinning room set that was small enough for everyday life but that we could make larger when needed. Although they don't make the hideaway leaf, Rusty and Coco, had a great solution for us. We ended up buying 2 tables, 2 benches, and 4 chairs. What we do is when we have our friends and family over, we just put the two tables next to each other and then we have one large table that can sit 8 people. We also bought a custom made bookshelf that we use as a room divider that is 8 feet long. This furniture is extremely well built and beautiful. We love it! Rusty and Coco were wonderful to work with, they gave us great suggestions! We can't thank you both enough!

It all started with a sandwich board sign ... we had one of the old white plastic ones that looked cheap and kept blowing over on windy days. We bought a beautiful wood and metal chalkboard sandwich board from Rustic Industrial Designs and that was the beginning of a elevating our "look" at the Blackwell Gallery! Now we have a stand out sign on the sidewalk outside our business that not only looks awesome, but because it's a chalkboard we can change the message when we have special events. Coco 's customer service for the sign has been outstanding. It came with a special sheet of instructions on how to care for it and what pens work best on the chalkboard surface.

Since then we have added several pieces of Rustic Industrial Design custom furniture to our gallery. The solid Douglas fir is beautiful and is a wonderful compliment to our decor as well as a perfect place to display our local art works. Rusty even made me a custom writing table ... stood in the gallery and had me tell him exactly how big I wanted it and I love it!! We also did a custom shelving unit to accommodate some art inventory ... I sent Rusty exact measurements of what I needed and now we have the perfect solution for our needs.

I saw some of Rustic Industrial Designs tables, desks and bars in a furniture store in Spokane, WA. I would have bought one of the coffee tables then but there wasn't one that was the size I wanted. I went to their website and let them know what I wanted. Got a very quick response, picked the size of metal and color of the wood, sent a check and with in two weeks my table was ready for me! Living three hours away, the designers made arrangements with my son who lives in Spokane to pick up the table. When I saw it, I couldn't believe how beautiful it was and what quality it was made of. I would and have recommended Rustic Industrial Designs to anyone looking for a unique piece of furniture that will last for generations! Five plus stars from me.

My wife and I want to thank you for the beautiful new benches that you made for us. Your attention to detail and patience through the design process made for a perfect match with our harvest table. You and Rusty helped us navigate the options keeping in mind form, function and even safety and ergonomics. We were able to get everything the way we wanted and avoid making mistakes due to your experience. The benches are a perfect match and complement the table very nicely. We can really pack people in around the table when the occasion calls for it. It even makes it easy for our 2 year old to climb up to the table and sit on his knees to be with the family.
